A Gouda from Beemster, Netherlands, and made with pasteurized Holstein Friesian cow's milk. It offers butterscotch, caramel, and hazelnut flavors with a velvety-smooth texture. Aged 24-26 months, it melts beautifully in grilled cheeses or atop potatoes.
