Simple, fresh, and delicious from Andante Dairy in Northern California that has been very lightly cultured at low temperature, which allows flavors to slowly develop a slight creme fraiche flavor. Great for salads, cooking, or drizzle with extra virgin olive oil for a tasty hors d’oeuvre.
