This bio-dynamic wine is made by Birgit Braunstein who inherited the Prinzen Winery from her family and has been making wine on her family's estate for decades now. Devoted to bio-dynamic farming, she creates clean, crisp whites that highlight the limestone soil of the area. This dry white has a delightful effervescence with fruity notes of ripe pear and honeysuckle that are nicely balanced by a structured minerality. Excellent with rich, creamy cheeses!
