100% Dolcetto
Delightful aroma recalling violets, juicy little berries, and a touch of black licorice. It rolls over the palate effortlessly, with a smooth texture and buoyant grapey notes. Maceration lasts 7 days, elevage in stainless steel tanks for 6-7 months and then aged 3 months in bottle before release.
Another excellent food wine from Kermit Lynch. Pairs wonderfully with the luscious mixed milk cheeses of the Piedmont region as well as the salty Pecorino cheeses from further south!
