Originating in the Mexican State of Oaxaca, this cheese is the ne-plus-ultra melting cheese for quesadillas, hamburgers, pizza, and anything else where you want melty and stringy that doesn't compete with the other flavors. Made by Quesos Navaro in Los Altos de Jalisco, Mexico. 

This basically premium, more flavorful, though still mild, string cheese in ball form that is ultra-fun to pull apart.
