Produced since 2000 on a family farm, this tangy, fresh blue cheese made in Northern California is our favorite salad blue due to its crisp tanginess, featuring bold flavors with sweet milk hints and a peppery finish. Try it with a classic fresh pear and walnut salad and you won’t be disappointed. Aged for 3.5 months
