MT. TAM / cow's milk, California
As triple crèmes go, this is an all-time favorite! Made in northern California by Cowgirl Creamery, it’s a deliciously rich, full-flavored cow’s milk cheese, with a salty yet tangy finish. A unique brie that holds its crumbly center even as it ripens. One of our best sellers!

EWEPHORIA / sheep's milk, Netherlands
A one-of-a-kind cheese, this aged Gouda is made with pure sheep's milk. It has a firm, almost flakey, texture with hints of sweetness that remind us of butterscotch & pineapple. A definite crowd pleaser that everyone is sure to enjoy!

SOMERDALE CHEDDAR / cow's milk, Ireland
This Extra-Sharp Irish Cheddar is aged over twelve months, has a rich creamy texture and a delicious sharp taste. The rich yellow color in Somerdale Cheddar comes about as a result of the rich, fertile grasses that feed the cattle.

IBERICO / cow, goat & sheep’s milk, Spain
This three-milk cheese from La Mancha is similar to Manchego, yet distinct due to the mixture of three milks. Rich and buttery with a semi-firm texture. Great with white wines or light reds!
