For the cheese lover in your life! This gift box comes with three of our top-selling cheeses for a total of one and half pounds of cheese plus Raincoast Crisp crackers, dried cherries, Spanish cocktail nuts, and some of our best selling Bequet sea salt caramels for a little sweet treat.  Add a bottle of Zenato Valpolicella red wine and you've got a versatile gift perfect for all occasions!

Cheeses included in this box (subject to change based on availability):

HONEY BEE / goat's milk, Holland
A full-flavored, creamy aged goat’s milk Gouda that pairs wonderfully with a medium red wine such as the Cotes du Rhone. Sweet caramel notes sing alongside the slight tanginess of the goat's milk.

ST. ANDRÉ / cow's milk, France
This classic triple-crème is a deliciously decadent, buttery delight! Its bloomy edible rind gives way to a dense, smooth interior that gets slightly runny under the rind as it ages. The flavor is full and rich with notes of sweet cream and a hint of mushroom. Pairs wonderfully with dried cherries and glass of red wine!

MANCHEGO / sheep's milk, Spain / A Spanish classic! From La Mancha, this raw sheep’s milk cheese has a full, nutty flavor and firm texture. Wonderful on a cheese plate drizzled with honey and served alongside nuts, dried fruits, and some olives!

Optional Paired Wine: Zenato Valpolicella Superiore 2018 / Veneto, Italy ~ 80% Corvina 10% Rondinella 10% Oseleta
Ruby red in color, this Valpolicella has aromas of black cherries, wild berries, spices, black currant and a hint of chocolate. Dry and robust with velvety tannins, flavors of ripe black cherry. Very food friendly! Recommended for those who love Pinot Noir or Beaujolais.
