The closest in flavor we've ever had to traditional raw milk Brie de Meaux outside of France.  Made by Fromagerie du Presbytere in the wonderful cheesemaking region of Quebec, Canada, this Brie demands that you pay attention!  Its flavor is bold, rich, milky,  and mushroomy which is further complimented by its supple, oozy texture.   Pair with a light to medium red wines such as our Chardigny Beaujolais, a delightfully fresh red from France.
