Made in-house, this is a classic checker tablecloth, candle-in-a-chianti bottle, Little Italy five-hour cooked tomato sauce.  Deep, rich, savory yet fresh and acidic.  Ideal with pasta, chicken parmesan, and meatballs.  Just don’t forget the Parmigiano-Reggiano! 16 oz.

Ingredients: San Marzano tomatoes, onion, carrot, garlic, parsley, butter, extra virgin olive oil, red pepper flakes, oregano, bay leaf. Refrigerate after opening.
