Made from Niellucciu blended with a splash of Sciaccarellu...two grapes native to Corsica..., this classy rosé is remarkably fresh, pure and focused with juicy notes of blood orange and Meyer lemon. A versatile food wine, it will pair with creamy goat’s milk cheeses as well as rich triple crèmes or nutty sheep’s milk cheeses. We also recommend with spicy Asian or Mexican foods!
