Made from 70% cooked grape must and 30% red wine vinegar, our Balsamic Vinegar is naturally sweet and rich in antioxidants. This unique ratio creates a rich and complex sweetness with notes of fig, molasses, cherry, chocolate and prune. It is produced from Greek grapes from the island of Samos and aged for three years in new French oak barrels.
Pairs well with Neolea Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salads & vinaigrettes, bread, fish, red meat, white meat, venison, ice cream, and pastries.
