Made near the North Sea in the quiet town of Morra. Most Dutch cheeses are cow’s milk, but Jacob Rispens’ children convinced him to switch over to sheep by his children. Aged 10 months with complex flavors of caramel, custard, cheesecake & lightly browned butter.
