From the village of Agra on the island Lesbos. This Feta is made from sheep who graze on the rim of a volcanic caldera on lush hills covered in herbs and flowers (seriously). This amazing feta is a bit softer and more pillowy than grocery store Feta and is more like what Greeks eat every day.
