This raw cow's milk cheese showcases the beauty and diversity of the “hay belt” in Western Austria, Southern Germany, and Eastern Switzerland. The rind is packed with wildflowers local to this area. Rich, floral, buttery and semi-sharp. This cheese is a delightful, colorful addition to a plate.
Although produced and initially aged for six months at Sennerei Huban in Austria, Alp Blossom is then transported to a cave at Kaeskuche in Bavaria, where the dried edible flowers and herbs are added to the rind.
