MERRY GOAT ROUND / goat's milk, Maryland
With a bright ivory interior and bloomy rind, FireFly Farms' Merry Goat Round is an impeccably made goat's milk cheese. Creamy and mild yet still rich and flavorful. Excellent paired with the included dried apricots!

MOON DANCER / goat's milk, Netherlands
This unique gouda is made with pure goat’s milk and aged 6- 8 months. The flavor is full and slightly tangy with hints of roasted nuts and honey which is complimented by a wonderfully dense, yet smooth & incredibly creamy texture.

BARBER'S RESERVE / cow’s milk, England
Similar to Parmigiano, this aged cheese hails from the Veneto in northern Italy. It has a nutty, slightly caramely flavor with a smooth, yet firm texture. Also delicious shaved over a salad or grated over pasta!

CAMPO DE MONTALBAN / cow, goat & sheep’s milk, Spain
This three-milk cheese from La Mancha is similar to Manchego, yet distinct due to the mixture of three milks. Rich and buttery with a semi-firm texture. Great with white wines or light reds!

Optional Paired Wine: Piero Benevelli La Costa Dolcetto d'Alba 2023 / Piedmont, Italy ~ 100% Dolcetto
Pleasant nose of ripe plums together with hints of tart cherries, black pepper and aromatic herbs. Fruit forward with a medium-body and firm, silky tannins. A great food wine that pairs wonderfully with a host of cheeses.
