HONEY BEE / goat's milk, Netherlands
A full-flavored, creamy aged goat’s milk Gouda that pairs wonderfully with a medium red wine such as the Cotes du Rhone. Sweet caramel notes sing alongside the slight tanginess of the goat's milk.

BLOOMY BREEZE / cow's milk, Maryland
A perfect blend of fresh milk from Jersey and Holstein cows makes for a rich, luscious, soft-ripened favorite. Its edible rind is velvety white and bloomy. Hence the name. And the widespread adoration.

MANCHEGO / sheep's milk, Spain
A Spanish classic! From La Mancha, this raw sheep’s milk cheese has a full, nutty flavor and firm texture. Wonderful on a cheese plate drizzled with honey and served alongside nuts, dried fruits and some olives!
