Caught using Reef Nets off the coast of Lummi Island, WA, this lightly smoked and peppered wild pink salmon is fully cooked and ready to eat. Unopened package requires no refrigeration and is shelf stable. Enjoy it straight out of the pouch, or, for a more substantial meal, serve over your favorite rice, grain or greens. Once opened, keep refrigerated and eat within 3 days.
