A delightful tomme made from cow and sheep's milk, this is Parish Hill Creamery's first mixed cheese they have produced. Washed in a Belgian quadruple ale from Hermit Thrush Brewery, using the last of the ales produced before the brewery closed. Aged for a minimum of three months.
