Made by Kaasboerderij 'T Groendal, the same maker as the popular OG Kristal. Farmdal Gouda is released in several different ages, this one is the "middle-child", aged for around 5 months, giving a texture that still has a soft creaminess of a younger cheese along with a flavor profile of a more developed cheese, featuring sweet & caramels flavors along with subtle fruit undertones.
