The Cheese Facts: Hand selected from the caves at Fort St. Antoine and aged around 20 months, this is a bit creamier and fruitier than our 24-mo Comté. However, that doesn’t mean that it’s milder by any means! Aromas of hazelnuts, fried onions and spring berries which balanced out with a fruity flavor and deep, heavy cream.
