This cheese comes to us through the Adopt-an-Alp program, supporting small Swiss creameries. Alp Gantrischli is a cooperative of 8 milking herds and huts that share an alp. Small creameries like these have been hit particularly hard during the pandemic, so supporting them is more meaningful than ever!
