Made by Guffanti cheeses in the Piedmont region of Italy, these are nice, simple cow cheeses made resplendent by marinating in safflower and sunflower oil, mixed herbs and red chili flakes. A perfect summer-time cheese, it's great served on an antipasto platter alongside crisp rose wine, and don't forget the crusty bread to soak up the leftover oil!
