This cheese comes to us through the Adopt-an-Alp program, supporting small Swiss creameries. Alp Gantrischli is a cooperative of 8 milking herds and huts that share an alp. Small creameries like these have been hit particularly hard during the pandemic, so supporting them is more meaningful than ever!!
Raclette, made with raw cow's milk, is extra creamy and milky, and just begging to be melted over potatoes.
