The intrepid folks at Olympia Provisions have outdone themselves with this Frankfurter / Hot Dog. They set out to make a straight-up traditional frankfurter. A real foot-long of pure enjoyment with a nice and snappy casing. Made with pure pork shoulder and a natural lamb casing and smoked over hickory and apple wood.
