Hints of cinnamon and spice balance out the natural sweetness of gala, Jonagold and Fuji apples. Works wonderfully when spread on a grilled cheese sandwich or paired with a sharp cheese.
Clif Family grows their fruit for their preserves on their own Clif Family organic farm in the Napa Valley and sources from neighboring organic farms in California's wine country. Clif's preserves are limited and seasonal.
