Made in the French Alps in the Savoie region, this raw cow's milk cheese is similar to a Gruyere with a firm, smooth texture. The summer milk that goes into this classic Alpine cheese contributes grassy, floral notes as well as rich golden hay and a pleasant nuttiness. A great melting and fondue cheese!
