Relative to its longer-aged brothers, Young Farmdal is aged for a mere 8 weeks, giving it a much milder and creamier texture that still retails a complex flavor profile with notes of sweet cream and vanilla. This one also makes a perfect melting cheese and would be delicious with eggs, grilled cheese or atop a hamburger!
