This cheese comes to us through the Adopt-an-Alp program, supporting small Swiss creameries. Steiner's Hohberg is operated by a family of five in the Swiss Alps, producing cheese from sweet summer milk and operating a small restaurant in the summer. Small creameries like these have been hit particularly hard this year by the pandemic, so supporting them is more meaningful than ever!
