'Tomme' is a French word that means small, round cheese. Despite it having a diminutive name and appearance, this cheese has quite a personality. Notes of wet hay, dried fruit, cave and a slight tang encapsulate this cheese. An excellent table cheese that is versatile and pairs with a variety of wines. The Mary Taylor Beaujolais Villages or the Gres de gres Rosé make great pairing companions.
