Tomme de la Coze, a French cheese with a small, round shape, may seem unassuming at first glance. However, this artisanal product, rarely found in the US, boasts a distinct character reminiscent of a cheese carved from a French cave. The rugged natural rind adds a robust earthiness to the creamy texture, with prominent notes of mushrooms and cultured butter, balanced by hints of spring vegetables such as asparagus and artichoke. Crafted by renowned producer Rodolphe Le Meunier in the Charente-Maritime region of France.

Milk: Raw cow's milk
Rennet: Animal
