Made by an Ecuadorian cheesemaker who followed his German wife back to the Bavarian Alps of her youth where he took up his trade using the incredible local cow’s milk. This blue is dense and incredibly smooth in texture, with a deliciously rich, tangy flavor and sweet creamy finish.
